My name is Farzana, and I discovered the transformative power of sound therapy when I attended a sound bath session that changed my life. I was fascinated by the power of sound and how it can affect the human mind and body. With now years of experience under my belt, I specialise in crystal singing bowls, Himalayan or Tibetan singing bowls, gong, and therapeutic percussion.
